The User Agreement for the “VETERAN CORP” mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), set forth below, is addressed to an indefinite number of persons, users of VETERAN CORP (the mobile application), and defines the procedure for using VETERAN CORP.
The entity holding exclusive intellectual property rights to VETERAN CORP (the Rights Holder), including all rights necessary and sufficient for its administration, provision of access to the application, and granting permission to use the application, is the Public Organization “ASSOCIATION OF COMBATANTS ‘UKRAINIAN VETERANS CORPS’”, EDRPOU code: 45763791, duly registered under the applicable laws of Ukraine. Registered address: Office 8, Building 9, Holosiivska Street, Kyiv, 03039, Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “UKRAINIAN VETERANS CORPS”).
This Agreement contains the characteristics of a public contract and adhesion agreement, including that its terms are provided in a standard and identical form for all users. By using the application in any manner, users confirm that they have read and agreed to all provisions of this Agreement. Use of VETERAN CORP shall constitute unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
Users may not propose their own amendments or conditions to this Agreement.
The provisions of Articles 633 and 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as other applicable provisions of Ukrainian legislation governing relations between the parties, shall apply to relations between users and the Rights Holder.
By downloading this application, the user agrees and acknowledges that the application performs an informational and support function and is intended to facilitate employment, education, retraining, access to loyalty programs, and leisure activities for war veterans.
BY DOWNLOADING AND USING THE VETERAN CORP MOBILE APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THEM, AND CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.
1.1. VETERAN CORP means a mobile application that, including through the use of artificial intelligence, integrates and automates interaction between the user and organizations that may provide services, perform work in the interests of the user, act as an assistant, and facilitate the resolution of social, educational, professional, employment, informational, legal, advisory, and other matters arising for the user.
The VETERAN CORP application is a mobile software application, consisting of a set of instructions in the form of words, numbers, codes, diagrams, symbols, or any other form suitable for reading by a smartphone or similar device, which activates it to achieve the objectives and/or results specified in this Agreement.
1.2. End User License Agreement (Agreement, this Agreement, EULA) means a license granted by the Rights Holder to users for the use of the software application (VETERAN CORP) subject to mandatory compliance with the conditions established by the Rights Holder.
1.3. User means an individual with full legal capacity who lawfully uses VETERAN CORP without the purpose of making a profit and who has created a corresponding profile within the application. As a general rule, a User with access to the full functionality of VETERAN CORP is an adult individual possessing one of the following documented statuses: “Combatant”, “Person with Disability Resulting from War”, or “War Veteran”.
1.4. Profile means a set of information about the User (or a person legally represented by the User) and authorization data, including surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, telephone number, and email address (optional), provided by the User during registration and while using VETERAN CORP.
An adult individual may create their own profile.
1.5. Partner Company means sole proprietors and legal entities of all forms of ownership participating in programs of the UKRAINIAN VETERANS CORPS organization, aimed at education, retraining, employment, and operation of loyalty programs for war veterans.
2.1. Only users who have accepted all terms of this Agreement, the current version of which is available at https://veteran-corp.org and/or within the mobile application, may use VETERAN CORP.
2.2. Certain services and functionalities of the application may require the User’s consent to additional agreements and terms, which shall be presented to the User for review and acceptance or rejection.
2.3. Before using VETERAN CORP, the User must review and accept this Agreement. Acceptance of this Agreement constitutes confirmation that the User understands and agrees to comply with its provisions. A User who disagrees with this Agreement is prohibited from using the application.
2.4. The Rights Holder shall ensure:
In the event of technical malfunctions, the Rights Holder shall take reasonable measures to eliminate them.
2.5. The User shall not modify or alter the application. If the User modifies the application, the Rights Holder shall bear no responsibility for its proper operation, and the User shall bear liability for violations of intellectual property laws.
2.6. The User may register in VETERAN CORP by creating a personal profile, which may contain personal data and related information.
2.7. Registration in VETERAN CORP is only possible if the User provides consent to the processing of personal data.
2.8. Intellectual property rights to the application software belong to the Rights Holder. Any use of the application without the consent of the Rights Holder is prohibited, including commercial use by users.
All intellectual property rights to the name VETERAN CORP belong to the Rights Holder. Use of the VETERAN CORP brand without permission is prohibited.
2.9. Users and third parties are prohibited from using the application’s content and/or name in any manner or for any purpose without the Rights Holder’s consent, including but not limited to advertising, translation, or referencing.
2.10. Use of the application is only possible after downloading it onto a smartphone or similar device and creating a personal profile through the functionality of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services “Diia”. Login is performed using a password (PIN code) set by the User.
2.11. No legal relations arise between the Rights Holder and Users other than those directly related to the use of the application under this Agreement.
3.1. The VETERAN CORP mobile application provides Users and Partner Companies of the UKRAINIAN VETERANS CORPS with access to relevant databases protected under applicable law, including sui generis database rights.

3.4. Partner Companies may provide services, perform work for Users, including through the use of data provided by Users through VETERAN CORP.
3.5. Partner Companies may receive feedback from Users in the form of registration applications, resumes, and other forms of interaction provided by VETERAN CORP.
3.6. All data received by the Rights Holder through use of the application shall be stored using cloud services or other means ensuring confidentiality of such data.
4.1. By accepting this Agreement, the User undertakes to:
4.2. During registration, the User verifies identity through the “Diia” electronic services portal, using electronic documents including: passport of a citizen of Ukraine, veteran certificate, and educational documents.
4.3. Users may update profile information through profile settings.
4.4. Registration and profile creation are mandatory for use of all application services.
4.5. Users are responsible for confidentiality and security of personal data provided to VETERAN CORP.
4.6. Each User may create only one profile.
4.7. The created profile is granted to the User for an unlimited term, for as long as the User uses the application and the Rights Holder maintains operation of the application.
4.8. The User may delete their profile unilaterally at any time without prior notice to the Rights Holder.
4.9. The Rights Holder may terminate operation of VETERAN CORP at any time upon at least 14 days’ prior notice to Users. The User bears the risk of loss of unsaved data.
4.10. The User agrees that the application may contain advertising. Information provided during registration and use of the application may be used for aggregated statistical purposes, including publication and use in presentations and advertising materials.
5.1. While using the application, technical information may be collected automatically, including viewed pages, searches, access dates and times, device information, and software information.
5.2. Anonymous cookies may be used for statistical analysis, usability improvement, security enhancement, and optimization of user experience.
6.1. Users acknowledge that they use the application voluntarily and at their own risk.
6.2. No partnership, employment, lease, or other relations arise between the Rights Holder and Users except as expressly provided by this Agreement.
6.3. The Rights Holder is not a party to agreements concluded between Users and Partner Companies. The Rights Holder bears no responsibility for:
6.4. Users are responsible for maintaining updated personal information.
6.5. All actions performed within the application are presumed to be performed by the owner of the corresponding profile.
6.6. Personal data shall be processed exclusively in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. By using the application, the User consents to access, processing, dissemination, and use of personal data by the Rights Holder as provided in this Agreement and Privacy Policy.
6.7. All information collected by the application is protected by technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access or use.
6.8. Information collected by the application may constitute a commercial secret under applicable law.
6.9. The application ensures confidentiality of User information.
6.10. Users may request deletion of personal data in cases provided by law and this Agreement. The Rights Holder shall erase such data without undue delay where required by law.
The Rights Holder may refuse deletion in cases permitted by applicable law, including:

7.2. The updated version of the Agreement becomes effective upon publication at: https://veteran-corp.org and/or within the mobile application.
7.3. The Rights Holder bears no responsibility for failure to notify Users of amendments.
7.4. Continued use of the application after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
7.5. By providing phone number, email address, or other communication methods, the User authorizes the Rights Holder to send informational messages, SMS, emails, messenger notifications, and make phone calls, including for registration, authorization, and confirmation of actions within VETERAN CORP.
7.6. Any disputes arising from use of the application shall first be resolved through negotiations, and failing agreement — in the courts of Ukraine.
7.7. Relations not regulated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine.
